Session Cap: 25 people In this session, participants will learn to create and implement differentiated literacy stations that engage students in activities to develop reading, listening, speaking, thinking and writing skills. The session will allow participants to view examples of how individual and paired texts can be used to support literacy stations. Selected texts will be used to highlight social studies content while fostering critical thinking and literacy development. Through five hands-on learning stations, participants will have the opportunity to practice and apply key social studies concepts and build essential skills in literacy.
