This session focuses on setting routines and expectations in the classroom to help students manage expectations and teachers manage their time. These routines range from grading, to classroom management, to maintaining positive relationships with students. There will also be some round-table discussion time for teachers to share thoughts on some positive routines they have found to be effective in their own classrooms.
This elementary professional development session will focus on the dual objectives of transitioning from paper-based practices to digital platforms while specifically addressing the needs of Gifted and Talented (GT) students. Educators will learn how to effectively integrate digital tools in ways that not only enhance their teaching but also provide enriched learning opportunities for GT students.
